Industrialization and it’s inevitable — a la @kevin2kelly — follow-on automation is / will be another.
The investment wave in design research enables both vectors: the qualitative wing supports strategy; quantitative supports industrialization
Transubstantiation is another vector: the morphing of UX into Customer Experience = one variant. The collapse into simple retail = another.
