This is typically framed as centralize / decentralize, when the more insightful take on the pattern is shifting levels and distribution of structuration. @umairh Haven’t read @azeem’s book yet, but I’m beginning to suspect the consistent unspoken subtext of his last few years work is it just might be within the possible technically to avoid this, so it’s time to get serious about the rest of the picture.

@vgr Works. So, everyone has a version — whether they know it or not — are the sections / layers the same? E.g is it always by stage of domain maturity: hype cycle, wardley map, adoption curve, etc?
